About us
Montgomery & Washington Inc. is a Jersey City–based real estate development firm building ground-up multifamily and mixed-use communities across Hudson County and Northern New Jersey. Our pipeline ranges from boutique condominium projects to mid- and high-rise rental developments, delivered through a vertically integrated platform that covers acquisition, design, entitlement, construction, and long-term asset management.
Backed by our in-house general contractor MYK Builders LLC — active since 2000 — we control the schedule and the budget from site to certificate of occupancy. That integration is what allows us to underwrite, capitalize, and execute on the kind of urban infill and transit-adjacent sites that define the next wave of Jersey City, Bayonne, and the surrounding Gold Coast.
